We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, customer phone numbers, or messaging history to any third party or advertiser.
End-to-End Encryption
All access tokens, WhatsApp Business credentials, and webhook payloads are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3).
01.Information We Collect
When you connect your business channels to Chat Baba via Meta OAuth, we collect only the minimum information required to provide inbox automation: your account name and email address, your WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), registered WhatsApp phone number and Phone Number ID, Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID, and the corresponding OAuth access tokens.
02.How We Use Your Data
We use your WhatsApp Business ID, phone number, and access tokens strictly to receive incoming customer webhook events, generate automated replies configured by you, display conversations in your unified dashboard, and process customer order inquiries.
03.No Sale or Sharing of Data
Chat Baba does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal data, business credentials, or end-customer phone numbers. Data is never shared with third-party data brokers or ad networks.
04.Data Encryption & Security
All sensitive data—including OAuth access tokens, WhatsApp Business IDs, and phone numbers—is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption and transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Database rows are isolated using strict Row-Level Security (RLS).
05.Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your connected channel data only while your Chat Baba account remains active. You can revoke permissions or permanently delete all stored tokens and account data at any time via Settings > Delete Account or by visiting our Data Deletion page.
