User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, Chat Baba provides two simple ways to permanently delete your account, WhatsApp Business ID, phone number, Facebook & Instagram Page connections, and encrypted access tokens.

OPTION 01

In-App Instant Deletion (Settings > Delete Account)

You can immediately erase all your stored data directly from your Chat Baba dashboard at any time:

  1. 1.Log in to your Chat Baba account and open the Dashboard.
  2. 2.Navigate to Settings > Delete Account (under the Danger Zone section).
  3. 3.Click Delete Account and confirm. Your profile, WhatsApp Business ID, phone numbers, Facebook/Instagram tokens, and logs are erased immediately.

OPTION 02

Email Deletion Request (48-Hour Deletion Guarantee)

If you cannot access your dashboard, you can request complete data deletion by emailing our support team:

  1. 1.Send an email to contact@chatbaba.xyz with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. 2.Include your registered account email address or connected WhatsApp phone number / Business ID.
  3. 3.48-Hour Deletion Promise: We will permanently delete all your account records, access tokens, and message logs within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.

Data Permanently Removed Upon Deletion

Whether you use Settings > Delete Account or email contact@chatbaba.xyz, the following records are permanently purged from our encrypted database within a maximum of 48 hours:

  • • WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID) & Phone Number
  • • Encrypted Meta OAuth Access Tokens & Page Tokens
  • • Connected Facebook Page & Instagram Business IDs
  • • Conversation History, Webhook Logs & AI Rules
